Broadening my Horizons: From New Jersey to D.C.

United Chinese Americans Youth Council

I was invited to share my advocacy story in Washington, where I met other young activists and learned from seasoned community leaders such as ACLU attorney Ashley Gorski and journalist Paula Williams Madison.

Asian History Education Bill

Working with the UCA Youth Council, I visited legislators in Washington, D.C. to support the Asian History Education Bill (H.R.3551).

That same week, I joined the D.C. Civic Walk, commemorating fifty years of the Asian American movement.

Pennsylvania Canvass, 2024

In late 2024, I joined a canvassing effort in Pennsylvania to encourage voter turnout.
